An arborist consultation is a detailed walk-through of your trees with someone who knows what they're looking at. We assess the health, structure, and safety of your trees, identify disease or pest damage, and figure out what actually needs to happen next. Do I need an arborist consultation if I just want a tree removed?
Not always. If the tree is clearly dead or dangerous, we can remove it. But if you're unsure whether a tree is worth saving, or if you have multiple trees and don't know which ones are problems, a consultation saves you money by preventing unnecessary removals.
How long does the consultation take?
Usually one to two hours depending on how many trees you have and how much detail you want. We walk the property, take notes and photos, and answer your questions on the spot.
What happens after the report?
You decide what to do. Many customers use the report to get bids from us or other companies for the work we recommend. Some just want the information to manage their trees themselves. The report is yours to keep and use however makes sense.
